Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Croatia.

B. EUROPEAN UNION (EU) USERS (OUTSIDE CROATIA)

Users located in other Member States of the European Union acknowledge and agree that:

  1. The services are provided under the legal and regulatory framework of the Republic of Croatia, including consumer protection and data protection legislation.
  2. Regulation of homeopathy, complementary medicine and wellness services varies significantly between EU Member States.
  3. Institute of Classical Homeopathy d.o.o. does not guarantee that the services comply with specific national regulations applicable in the user’s country of residence.
  4. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the services complies with applicable national laws and professional regulations in their respective EU Member State.
  5. Data protection rights are exercised in accordance with the GDPR and Croatian supervisory authority jurisdiction.

C. GCC (GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL) USERS

(Including but not limited to: UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman)

Users located in GCC countries expressly acknowledge and agree that:

D. CROSS-BORDER SERVICE DISCLAIMER (GENERAL)

Legal Framework – Prices and Individual Price Formation-iNTERNATIONAL USERS

Legal basis (Republic of Croatia):

  • The Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14, 110/15) requires that consumers are clearly and timely informed about the price of the service before entering into a contract.
  • The Obligations Act (NN 35/05 and subsequent amendments) allows individual price formation provided that the consumer is informed before service commencement and the price is confirmed (orally + invoice).
  • The EU Consumer Rights Directive also allows personalized services to have a price range, provided that information is clear and transparent to the client.

Our practice:

  • Price range for consultations: €15 – €250
  • Final price is determined individually, based on client requests, needs, and preferences.
  • Oral agreement + invoice serves as a written confirmation of the agreed price and explicit consent to start the service.
  • Payment,  constitutes clear and explicit consent to the indicated price range and individual price formation.
